Huawei *********** staff

I called Huawei regarding a phone that needed to be repaired. I was asked for my address to arrange collection. I forward my address to Huawei only to discover that the person who does the bookings through TNT system entered the incorrect address. After several phone calls to correct it nothing was done to correct it. Ada at Huawei was furnished with my correct address on the 8th June 2018.. After phone was repaired I realised that the address was still wrong. I called Huawei and was told a supervisor will call me back. Almost 3 hours later and I'm still waiting for a call from Huawei. Today is the 15th June. My phone is now in Klerksdorp north West to be delivered in hartbeesfontein while I'm in Hartbee****rt. Now I must wait till Monday or Tuesday for a phone that could have been delivered today if it wasn't for *********** staff at Huawei who captured incorrect information on Huawei side.
