Huawei incompatibility

When renewing my Vodacom contract I deliberately asked about all Huawei rumours and if I will have any problems with compatibility or connectivity. I initially said I wanted a Samsung this time. However I was pursuaded to take another Huawei. I have endless problems and regret my decision. I have visited my Vodacom twice for assistance and was promised assistance. All in vain. Many apps apparently require Google Playstore. I struggle with Youtube, many apps dont work at all. Will never ever recommend Huawei to anyone. I do not know how Vodacom can sell a product that does not meet a customer or country's requirements or needs.
