Huawei incentives does not pay

<p>Since December 2016 I have emailed, used the huawei incentive app & phoned huawei to find out why certain incentive claimns have been rejected but to to no avail. My colleagues at the same store are having the same issues. Requests to get call centre agents to call you back are also totally useless. I have not come across any company with such totally useless customer service. It has been more than 4 months for me & much longer for my colleagues. Yopur serrvice really sucks.</p>
