Huawei incentive complaint.

The problem is not the company Huawei.I am assisting in selling cellphones and Huawei is offering an incentive for selling specific Huawei models but however my incentive card was blocked on 29 May 2020.I logged a complaint with Huawei cip and i was told that the area manager Warren Sampie need to assist me with this issue.I have contacted Warren and he keeps on telling me that he is working on the problem.Its been almost 3 months and still nothing has been done.I need this matter to be resolved asap.
