Huawei I will never go back

Worst service had the phone for less than 24hrs phone cost 40k I literally took the phone the evening from them got home put it on charge and next morning wanted to show my employees the cool phone Huawei mate xs 2 so I press the release button and it release I bent the screen hear a popping sound and the screen popped out mind you this happened Infront of all my employees so I immediately look at the phone and see a black dot forming I then put it in my draw at work and think I'm going to take it back the evening so I take it back the evening and the service manager phones me 2 days later to tell me I dropped the phone and they can't fix it I have it less than 24 hours I never dropped the phone he is arguing with me otherwise he then tries to cell me some insurance where they will then only pay a small portion to have the screen fixed and I must pay the bulk I refuse coz I never dropped the phone but I feel coz I'm coloured he thinks I'm stupid I know for a fact that you get a 5 day cooling off period in which if you not happy you can return the product unless it's customer abuse so now they don't want me to have a second opinion on the fact that they claim there is a scuff marks on the phone that proves it fell I cannot get a 2nd opinion I know for a fact that the screen is not broken it popped completely out the LCD then broke if a phone fell there would be physical damage or crack on the screen to crack the LCD he then has the audacity to tell me to commit fruad to put it on my household insurance and say it's been ****** do that I can re imbursed for the contract mine you I have to pay 3years for something that didn't last 24 hours then when I tell him that I'm not the type of person that does ********** things he then says yes go complain to Huawei maybe they can help you I want my contract canceled immediately with them I will never and ploy everybody not to do business with them as I am a retail manager myself and know the policies and ncr and nca law and how they are trying to bamboozel me and make me do ******** things if I have to pay the contract I will I don't have a problem but then I want action and not promising of action I want it on black and white what I will get in return
