HUAWEI horrific services

I purchased a brand new HUAWEI P40 Lite July 2020, granted when purchased I was given a free screen repair within the first 100 days of the purchase. I then claimed within the month of October 2020, did not receive any response from from the assessor. I then received a called on 23rd of December 2020 stating that they will be collecting the device the following day. The courier company collected the device. It has been more than 2 weeks that I have received no response from HUAWEI or the service center Cornubia . People as a Bandile and Ushir Toolsi do not respond at all after all the emails I have sent through. What makes the situation worse is that HUAWEI contact number ***is not working at all, says the number does not exist.

I cannot believe that one of the world's most renound companies has such horrible customer service.
