Huawei haven't delivered my gifts

I have won two huawei vouchers when their competition started last month (June). Loot R500 voucher and Absa R400 cash voucher but to this day I haven't received a thing from them. It's been over a month now and some people got their gifts but I haven't. I am soo disappointed at huawei and they also do not reply to my messages when I send to them. Please intervene hello Peter.
