Huawei have sea sand in powerbanks

About a year ago Huawei gave out free power banks who took out contracts from cell c. My powerbank was draining fast from day one. Yesterday I managed to open it up and out of 4 batteries one was looking slightly off color so I tested it with a multi meter, 1 battery was a dud that was camouflaged like a real battery, I stripped the battery open and there was sea sand filled inside the battery.
