Huawei GT Sport Watch promotion

I upgraded my mobile contract with MTN on 02 September 2019 and upgraded to the Huawei P30 Pro phone where you get GT Sports watch for free with when you upgraded.

As advised by MTN, they told me that i have to register my device online via the Huawei website and once complete Huawei will courier the GT Sport Watch to me. on the Huawei website it states that this whole process will take approximately between 05 - 07 working days. I got an SMS notification on 05 September advising that will receive courier details (airway bill #) shortly to track my parcel (Watch).

Since then i have called the Huawei call centre around 09 times requesting them to advise me when i will receive the watch and i still have'nt received any courier details - the call centre keeps saying they have courier problems and will be sorted out in a week or two ( the first call i made to them was on 09 September 2019)

up to until now (14 October 2019), i still have not received my GT Sports watch.
