HUAWEI FREELACES THAT DO NOT WORK

I bought a Huawei matebook last year August and it came with freelaces. Three months back the right side of those freelaces stopped working. I then bought Huawei nova and another pair of freelaces last month. Two weeks back the new pair of freelaces stopped working on the right side as well. I then called vodacom as they are both still under warranty but a consultant from vodacom said they can not repair the freelaces and I will have to take it to Huawei repairs. I took the freelaces to Huawei service center Menlyn but they were of no assistance, all they said was yes both freelaces are still under warranty, however, they can not help me with my freelance. They didn't even want to check what the issue was they just said there's nothing we can do for you, go back to vodacom. This is absolute nonsense, how can a whole Huawei service center not be able to check and repair their own products. Now I'm stuck with two freelances that don't work. I used to love Huawei but I will never buy a Huawei product ever again if this is how they treat their customers, sending customers from pilar to pilar with no solution. Neither will I ever recommend their products or services to anyone else since their products can't even last a month working. I am so disappointed with their service, they don't even deserve this one star.
