Huawei empty promises.

I bought a p40 lite device, in their ad you were to receive vouchers from Showmax, Nandos, AA, and Woolworths. I have been sent from department to another, I sent an email to a department but there was no response, it has been more than 5 working days. They also gave me a WhatsApp number to contact, the number doesn't even work. Their consultants are even clueless, even when you tell them, I already did this process, they tell you the same steps.
