Huawei employee negligent while driving... crashes into me

On Sunday the 26th Feb 2017 and employee of Huawei, driving a company car was so engrossed in his phone he hit my car due to his lack of alertness. I get out of my car and the first thing he says is sorry but don't worry this is a company car and they will sort it out!!! Not are you ok, do you need anything, I can see that you are trembling can you just sit down until you are calm.

To my surprise he sits in his car says sorry and proceeds to look at his phone, we pull over to a quiet location and while I am trying to retrieve his details, to my surprise he still decides to answer calls instead of putting his phone away and ensuring that the situation i being taken care of.

We proceed to the police station and by that time I had retrieved the information I needed in order to process my claim. I asked the guy for the specified details and he refused to give it to me and later proceeds to say "it's not worthy to loose my job over a mistake that could be rectified".

I am in aw that I did not receive a call from anyone in his company to find out what transpired or even if I was ok. I am utterly disgusted at the lack of integrity and emotion that this individual has shown, this is not an example of customer diligence, neither is this an example of someone that should have been hired to represent your brand.
