HUAWEI DISSAPPOINTED A BELIEVER OF THEIR BRAND

I have been using Huawei phones a long time and love the brand in even made my parents change to Huawei because I trust their brand. I purchased a Huawei laptop through Vodacom that after a few weeks was giving me problems by restarting . After I have sent it to the service centre twice they still claimed there is nothing wrong with the device, asking me record what's happening because they can't assist me by replacing my device, after the report that they printed out and gave me shows that the device has had over 60 unauthorised restarts. I am aware that not all electronic devices will be perfectly put together but do to not assist me when I bring this matter to your attention. I even dealt with the Huawei department in JHB. Nobody could help me. I now took device back to Vodacom. Still waiting for Huawei to fix this. So I am currently without a device if u had up the days a month if not more and I am paying for it. So Huawei have officially disappointed a loyal customer who believed in their products and there service.
