Huawei Device

I have encounter with a sale at a Cellc Store in Mosselbay. I have got a contract at them, that was a promotion deal, Huawei Pura80 device and than i will receive the Huawei Y72s for Free. The salesman were nice and everything, but since he escalated a problem after a few weeks that i haven't received my Free device the Area Manager of Huawei informed me personally on my WhatsApp that he is busy with the claim, after a few weeks i got back to the Area Manager he gave me Huawei Customer Service Support number i made contact with them Via WhatsApp and thats when i lost it, they informed me that im not eligible for the Free device as the dates were only till the 7th of November 2025.

I was **** to by an Area Manager, to tell me he i busy with the claim and after a few weeks he give the Huawei Customer Support number just to find out that its all lies, and i was told that the Huawei Y72s was discontinued he can get me a Huawei Y62 or Y63.

Im very disappointed in the service i got from him.
