Huawei customer service is a joke

What an bad experience ive had with Huawei. I took my Huawei Nova in for a screen repair on the 21 of April to the Canalwalk walk in centre. First of all there was no technician when i got there and was told that my phone would only be checked out the next Monday for a quotation later that week, and because i stay some distance from Canalwalk only went to pay on the 29 April and was told it would take 5-7 working days. It is now six days past the 5-7 working days and tried to phone the Canalwalk centre to no avail. Finally called their customer care only to be told they are waiting on parts. I mean nobody contacted me to say that this was the case. This is really bad service. I would not advise anybody to buy their phones as their after sales service stinks
