Huawei customer feedback frustrations

<p>I have been struggling for over a month to receive the feedback on a complaint and query from Huawei.</p> <p>I don't even know how much time I have spent on the customer care line, trying to get through to the right person to assist me. I have probably been promised five times that a supervisor will be contacting me with feedback.</p> <p>I am super frustrated and dissappointed with the service I am receiving as a new Huawei customer! </p>
