Huawei ******

I had huawei p20 lite,I subscribed to huawei services for space as the phone was no longer having enough space, I lost the phone in January, meaning I no longer using huawei, I boost Samsung but they are still deducting, I have requested cancellation they say they don't do cancellation on behalf of client, I have logged to PC tried to cancel, I'm not certain if is successfully unsubscribed, I then send email to ask for confirmation they say they can't check that, how stupid is that
