Huawei ****y phone

I'm so freaking ****ed I got a Huawei Y7 2018 literally 3 weeks ago. 7 days of having this damn phone I went back to game stores to complain because this phone is new but it's soooo slow and it just goes black sometimes. I sometimes have to charge it just to unlock it. I went back Friday to Vodacare because that's where game sent me but No!!! Vodacare does not help me. So now I'm stuck with a phone that I hate and is so slow. It freezes and the camera works when it wants to. I paid cash and would like to get my monies worth.
