Huawei Cornubia Mall....most pathetic service

On the 3rd of Jan I took my phone in for repairs...a week later, no feedback was given from the store...and everytime you contact the store they line is forever busy. Eventually on the 10th, which was a week later I took a drive to check what happened with my phone, I was told that the company that distributes they LCD only open on the 13th. So I gave them the benefits of the doubts. Mon the 13th came, no feedback. I waited right up until Friday, and while Im waiting for they call, I'm also trying to call them and they number is always busy....you can never get through....finally on Friday on the 17th in the morning I got through....they told me I will have to come and make payment before they fix the devices....yet I was there a week ago and I was not told I must pay before fixing....I asked the lady if I do an EFT and forward the proof of payment, cause me going is a cost to me as well....she told me I could do an EFT, then she gave me an email adress to send the proof, I said to her I will do that immediately could they fix it as soon as they receive everything, she said sure no problem, I then said to her I will pick it up later that day, she said no problem. Friday later after 4pm, I went to pick up my device....just find that the phone hasn't been fixed, they claimed they did not receive my email....when I showed them the mail, then they turned around and said it was on the junk emails...how convenient. I was told that they will have to check with head office if the payment is reflecting, yet the proof of payment is there. I then left...I said to this lady, its been two weeks Im without a phone, how much more longer do I have to wait for my device, she said I must come back tomorrow....I said to her, Ill pick it up at 1pm....Sat I only went to the at about 16h20....my phone was still not ready. They made me wait for 45 min for my phone....which I think only then they were fixing it. Most pathetic service Ive ever received .
