Huawei cornubia mall ****!

I would start off by stating , Huawei cornubia mall in umhlanga has staff that do not understand how cell phones work.

I had purchased a mate 20 pro a few years ago in dubai at the launch and I was given an international warranty card also assured by Huawei dubai that the phone if needed to be repaired can be done so at any Huawei care store worldwide.

That being said , I recently dropped my phone and broke the screen and lcd . My luck Huawei cornubia mall has a special on repairs this weekend.(28 -30 th October .

So I make mt way there and was utterly disappointed, the store manager says I do not qualify for the special discount as the color of my phone was not sold in south Africa and my phone is an international one.

He claimed that the components of the phone is not the same ,I then asked him whats different,he could only say that the color is a problem.

So not only was I not given the discount for repairs but also have to pay double the price of the current price . At this point he asked for the IMei number which matches the the number on the color phone which he claims is different. I told him to take my details and call Head office and get the facts straight before booking my phone in and robbing me of the discounted price.
