Huawei Cornubia Mall

My sons phone was sent in to Cornubia Mall Huawei Service centre after the screen cracked. Bear in mind this phone was still working perfectly with cracked screen... R699 quoted. Paid upfront. Promised to be ready in a few days. Was informed by their online service centre that device is ready. Drove to store and was told that its not ready!! I live 150km away from the store!!! Useless people. The next day was told that now the phone needs a motherboard R4000? I refused because the phone worked properly before I handed it in. Thus far no amicable solution offered.
