Huawei Cornubia I need my phone back.

I took my p20 lite for repairs to a Huawei shop in Cornubia Mall in KZN on the 6th of August 2020,I was told it would take 5 working days since they were back logged,I was supposed to be called on the 8th to be given an assessment and a quote but I never was,I had to e-mail Reshay one of their consultants to send me the quote which he did and later that day I paid the due amount for a mainboard and back cover. I waited and waited and still am waiting,two weeks ago after calling them countless times I was told they're still waiting for parts to arrive that week,after 3 full weeks Huawei Cornubia couldn't get parts for a mere p20 lite, till this day I don't have my phone with me and alot of my plans have since been disturbed after being told it would only take 5 working days.
