HUAWEI cellphones - stay away!

I have a Huawei S mate for about a year now. The battery life of the phone is non existent, for example: if its fully charged the life span is 6 hours, the other irritation when my battery is 50% and not plugged in the phone goes off without warning. This is happening without running any apps. So basically I have a landline now, that I can call from. What must I do? How can I fix it?

Then I received info, from customer service at Huawei, on fixing the problems. They were not of much help, telling me to close apps. What must I close if nothing is running? Or cant I whatsapp any more?

So honestly if you are asking me if you must switch/buy/use Huawei products I strongly advise you to stay away from their product.

I am extremely disappointed for taking a chance on Huawei! Dont make the shame mistake as I did, please guys.
