Huawei Cell Phone not working

I purchased a cell phone through sell direct. The cell phone was delivered. I have been struggling to get this cell phone to work. Will not accept memory card. The x2 slots for sim card is not working as well.

Please can Huawei get this piece of technology sorted or replaced to me as soon as possible. I need to use my cell phone. Thank you
