Huawei care- Terrible service

I bought a Huawei phone which a 3 month free screen protection. The screen broken within the 3 months, i called them to claim, and submitted all docs. Till this day, they have not given me feedback of the assessments. so they are basically selling false advertising. I've done many follow ups with them.
