Huawei Care Insurance

The Huawei Care is a joke. I've been paying for the insurance of my phone for over a year. The insurance covers theft, cracked screen, water damage. I cracked my screen and got a quote for it to be replaced. I've been waiting for over 4 weeks for my claim to be approved. I pay for the insurance for a reason, don't know why i have to jump through hoops and wait so long for my claim to be approved. Won't buy a Huawei again.
