Huawei care does not care

I am still waiting for my free screen. This company is disgraceful they never get back to you. I have sent email after email. I have a ticket number and still they have not bothered to help me. My 90 day free screen is up and now I wonder if they will charge me. It's been over 3 months that I am waiting for my phone to be fixed. I will not recommend Huawei to anyone as their customer care sucks...... what are you doing about fixing my phone what is your excuse
