Their service center for claims is appauling ever since i lodged a claim for my damaged phone in September, nothing, even a communication or feedback regarding the progress of my claim has been attended to, till today i am still in possession of a damaged phone which is insured by their futile cover "huawei care" they clearly dont care about their customers.

Even their communications systems are disappointing they dont call back, dont send emails, you get absolutely nothing from them but they debit on time.
