Huawei care by Viva Cover

Hauwei care insurance. their services that i have received from them regarding my claim it is real poor. I have submitted claim for my damage phone in April already and now we are in July. They haven't processed my claim as yet, I when I call them . I keep on getting the answer over and over that the have high claim volume. And it look like the is no sense of urgency to get my phone repair. I have been without my phone for almost two full month. This is unacceptable and really poor service
