Huawei Care - a **** and a waste of money

If you are thinking of using the Huawei Care insurance service, don't waste your money. It is an absolute ****, we have been waiting 2 months with no resolution of our claim. The only answers we get are that they are overloaded with claims. This is unacceptable - we pay for this service, you are not doing us a favour by fixing the phone. What is the point of paying for a service when there is no accountability as to when the repairs will be completed. Sad to see Huawei does not care about their reputation given they ignore all messages on social media, Hello Peter and give no useful assistance when calling in to the call-centre. We both have Huawei watches, phones and a scale but will avoid this brand like the plague in future!
