HUAWEI CANAL WALK VERY PATHETIC

13 Jan 2020 i took my phone in for screen repair with my warranty. They said it would be done within a week. 23 Jan 2020 still got no call or sms. I then went in all to be told they have a back log of screens. But they still waiting on a mother board. My phone was working perfect when i took it in. They couldnt even contact me to tell me they waiting on a mother board. When i got to the store the person told me that she has contacted everybody about the back log but said (oh i see i havent contacted you) which is realy pathetic. Realy bad service
