Huawei Canal Walk: Terrible Customer Service!

Terrible customer service from Huawei Canal Walk Service Center: I dropped off my phone 8 Days ago for a simple rear cover repair. Was told normally it would take 24hr turnaround time due to being a P20 Pro, but due to renovations it would take 3 - 4 working days max. I received no communication from anybody. Called 4 times before I got a response. I went in to the branch today and was told that it would take another 3-4 working days after being promised 4 Working days max the 1st time. This is my 4th and last Huawei due to poor customer service. Also poor design on the rear cover of the P20 Pro which is fragile at best.
