Huawei Canal Walk Service Center - Bad Service and waiting on refund

After receiving very bad service at Huawei Canal Walk service center and having to wait days for nothing, I could not get a damage report and repair quotation out of them as intended and only managed to receive my damaged phone back. We reached an agreement that Huawei will pay my deposit back into my account by the next day seeing that I received nothing from them for the money I paid. Its been over a week and I still have not received my money from them. They do not respond to me when I complain to them via their South African website (https://consumer.huawei.com/za/contact-us/).
