Huawei Canal Walk Pathetic Service!

Took my phone to Huawei Canal Walk on 05/01/20 for a screen replacement under warranty. I was told that the turnaround time is 7 days and I would get an sms to confirm that I can collect. I went back on 12/01/20 and was then told that the turnaround time is 3 weeks and was promised a call on 13/01/20 to give me an update. I never got the call and never received an sms. I just called and was now told that the phone is ready for collection! Pathetic service!
