Huawei Canal Walk Customer Service

Worst service ever but they want to be paid upfront. Booked my phone for screen repair and they broke my sim tray and did not tell me until I went for collection. I refused to accept the phone back and said they will call me back for further updated on the phone. No call was made to me for an updated, I had to call their customer care line for an update. They said the store is waiting on the new sim tray. It's now 2 weeks after and no one has called me. I'm still without my phone.

Even the staff members from the store that assisted me were full of attitude. Customer service is non-existent if you ask me.
