Huawei canal walk Bad As ever

Dear Huawei customer service Canal walk, firstly your customer service is pethatic and I feel your technician is just damn lazy, so i took my brother's new phone to have repaired as there was a problem with the phone, they booked it in and repaired the screen, he then relises he's cover of he's phone is not put on correctly, firstly the technician should have made damn sure that it was as bran new as we booked it in brand new I asked her to sort it out and the sales lady name gladis told me that she ses the phone must be like that she can't do anything , pls don't stand and talk bull**** to me the phone cover just opened up further, sort out your **** coz I am highly upset, I tried contacting u guys with no success, pls have this matter seen to immediately, you welcome to send me a reply to contact me coz I would like this sorted out as in now, thank u and please teach certain of your staff member how to talk properly and customer service more training is needed for a supposedly highly recommended store..and Ps to your technician she really need to consider doing her job properly aswel.
