Huawei Canal Walk

Im having the most pathetic service ever!! My phone went in for repairs on 8th of January the said the will get back to me within 24 to 48 hour with a quote. THEY DID NOT! Why? because the lady who assisted me captured my email incorrectly! then i go in on Sunday 13 January to find out what was happening. they have the quote and sent it to the wrong address. Anyway made payment asked the lady how long this would take now? she said 3-4 working days! expected to have my phone the latest on Friday or Saturday 19th January. Called the call centre all the can tell me is its "in service" called the store several times they just dont answer the phone! all this just for a new back glass cover!!
