Huawei Canal Walk

I've been waiting for over a month for a screen repair. Huawei has no telephonic number to contact, and no one responds to emails. It's rather ironic that a mobile company does not allow for clients to contact them. The service at the canal walk branch is absolutely pathetic. The least they can do is to inform clients about what is happening with their huawei devices instead of leaving them in the dark entirely. I think that the only way to find out any information is to drive to canal walk, which is absolutely ridiculous. I will not be buying any Huawei devices in the future and I will strongly discourage anyone from buying them as your service is disgraceful
