Huawei canal walk

Unacceptable to see such alot of bad reviews from huawei store canal walk and nothing being done, myself and husnand have 3 huawei devices, the service at the store is the worst, 1 staff member working on a saturday afternoon, doesnt even make eye contact, they do not sell screen protectors for phones or tablets for huawei devices, cannot tell you were to get them, they just have no idea, for the service and lack of knowledge and treating your customers like dirt to say the least, this store is diminishing your business, i will not ever be part of huawei again, get some customer service training and teach this store basic integrity, tall lady at the front desk, green eyes, this is your problem please resolve as a matter of urgency if you care about your customers at all. The staff at this store would like you to walk out without being helped. Do not run a business if you cannot do basic customer service. This store is disgusting, the staff are not there to work, do something huawei technologies look at all the stores bad reviews.
