HUAWEI BOOTLOAD CODE

Good day everyone.

I wish I could make it ZERO stars.

I am a fan of huawei technology and use several phones and routers from Huawei.

Recently I became aware of custom rom and loading other Android software on cell phones and have the ability to do so but am blocked by one thing.

As with all other manufacturers, Huawei used to allow users to unlock the bootloader by using a code (only supp**** by Huawei) and enabling a user to load what ever version of Android they want.

I have recently began to hate the EMUI software and the sluggishness of the Huawei phones. I loved Android since it became the software of all phones to date in competition with other cell phone manufacturers.

Huawei used to offer the boot loader unlock code to clients but stopped it in July 2018 (I did not know at the time Huawei was offering it in the first place). Since then has stopped and doesn't allow anyone to unlock their phone and customize at their own peril.

I am fighting with Huawei support to provide me with the code nevetheless to load a stock version of android on my Huawei phone due to my issues with EMUI. Other manufacturers still allow their phones to be unlocked irrespective and I feel it is my RIGHT to have this done with my Huawei phone also. I simply want to load a pure android stock on my phone. I understand the risks and refuse to be told that Huawei cannot provide me with this boot loader unlock code otherwise. It's ridiculous. If I want to do so I have to spend crazy money to pay unofficial companies or applications online (and not even sure it will actually work) to get the unlock code.

Please just send me my code to unlock my phone. I understand the risks involved and therefore waiver as it was previously contracted to Huawei any action or cause done by me as the consumer.

If I can't get help I will never buy huawei ever again. It's unbelievable they lock their consumers out like this for what ever their reasons. It's my phone I want to do what I want with it.
