Huawei bad customer service

Bought a phone at Huawei p smart lite phone with takealot, within 6 months the phone would not switch on i thought it needed to be charged but couldn't charge. at Takealot advised me to send it back to Huawei since it was still under guarantee. i did that but at Huawei they quoted me R1400, they said it was caused by the drop, but i fell 3 months prior to this and i was working although it has a crack on the back so for them to say that its amazing, I had a Sumsung phone and it falls all the time but it works perfectly. It was my first time buying Huawei product i will never buy it again even for my family
