Huawei Bad Customer Service

I'm writing this post on behalf of my boyfriend. On the 5th of September he went to upgrade all excited and happy. He deleted a promotions deal to upgrade to a Huawei P30 Pro and then you get a watch with it. He upgraded on the 5th of September and we are still waiting for the watch. After numerous phone calls and trying to sort out this matter nothing has been resolved yet.
