HUAWEI Authorized Service Center Durban Cornubia bad service

Greetings I’m totally disappointed by Huawei (Cornubia especially) I have Huawei GT2e watch, I have been using for more than a year and a half. I do everything with this watch love it to bits. Running, swimming, showering and sleeping take it off for charging only. The touch screen stopped working. I take it in for repair. I took it home after the repair. I take a shower and the watch display goes bright and then switches off. I take the watch back the next day, they do analysis and they tell me water damage they won’t repair it. Somebody dint do their job right in my belief. They didn’t put the O-ring right or didn’t add the sealing compound as required or something. They tell me 50 ATM does not cover showers. IF I google what 50 ATM is Your watch can withstand accidental splashes. . 5 BAR / 5 ATM / 50m / 165ft: Your watch can withstand splashes, shower and is suitable for swimming. It is not suitable for water sports, pool-side dives or sea diving.

I have sent the email to the email they provide for complaints still no help. I have called the main call center for help they tell me only the branch should have the final say and they closed my case. I feel ******! I paid good money for this watch. The Cornobia team is just pulling the brand name down! This is bad service at its best!!!
