Huawei are willing to help,Telkommobile is nowhere to be found.

Telkommobile false advertising about the free Huawei GT watch when initially app**** for my cellphone contract. After 7 months and numerous facebook and email complains,still no Tax invoice for my existing cellphone contract(needed to claim my free Huawei GT watch,promised by Telkommobile) Have contacted Huawei SA anout this,they initially refuse and said that the promotion was only applicable from the 01/03/2019 until the end of March. I have send them proof of my application in March,nothing to argue about there,. The consultant at Huawei was very understanding,and I got the feeling from the correspondence with them,that they are willing to send me the watch(legally I am within my rights) if I can provide the Tax invoice(proof of purchase) Until now,I still have'nt recieve any feedback from the relevant Telkommobile department. I wish they will forget to take R1700 out of my account every month(that will definitely not happen) Regards SL Theart
