Huawei and Vodacom

on the 1st of July we upgraded to a P30 Lite. first we took another device but it was a faulty unit we then decided to take a P30 lite. the sales lady at Vodacom Festival mall told us that the phone also have a free screen replacement. we also took out insurance on the phone. so last week the screen broke. i went back to vodacom festival mall to book it in for repairs. 1ste the gut said that the phone that is 2 months old is out of warranty. then he told me to complete the insurance form. the phone was send to fourways mall for repairs. the lady i spoke to told me there is no screen replacement on the phone. so this was was sold to us with n free screen replacement but 2 minths later there is no screen replacement. then vodacom phoned me and said they cannot replace the screen because rhe contract number wasnt used in the phone. 1 the phone was sold to me with a screen replacement. i feel this was just a way to get a sale 2 when you take insurance on a phone you actually insure i sim and not a device
