Huawei and telkom **** Publicity

I have app**** for a cell phone contract with Telkom in March and the same was successfully. The contract is an Huawei Mate 20 Pro with a promotion of a GT Huawei watch for Free. Sure is to say that the phone was delivered but not the watch. Only then Telkom advise that I have to contact Huawei to claim for the watch. I contacted huawei and updated all my details via there web site, huawei months after contacted me and ask for a tax invoice for this phone. After contacting Telkom and going throw a million departments and lodging a query unit today i have no response from Telkom or Huawei. The over roll of this story is that telkom and huawei is making **** publicity to get consumer, why question was always why did telkom never supply me immediately with the documents in order to claim for the watch. Even after forwarding all the information to huawei proof that the phone is with me via delivery receipt and invoices, they still refuse to send me my gift.
