Huawei and its zero accountabilty attidude

I was told directly by customer service staff its my fault for buying their phone.... my wife and I bought 2 phones on a deal I took the lesser of the 2 phones, It is a Y5 lite 1 gig ram version.... This phone doesnt work the ram is not enough on the phone to even run the android operating system, I tried every single way to contact them and they all say the same its my problem not there issue, after 3 months of constant bull ****tery from various managers and still nothing. I have never experienced such horrible service and zero accountability, this phone should never have gone to production. Huawei go back to Chine you ****s.
