Huawei and cheap ****!!

ad experience with there P20lite. think this is the cheapest **** ever made!!! taken a contract in October2018. A week later the phone had stopped working...... took it back to vodacom and the exchanged it for a new phone. earlier this year the screen just went blank, took it back to vodacom, they told me told me that we have to replace the screen at my cost!!!! couple of days later, the phone worked perfectly, without any repairs done to the unit!!!!! few days after that, the simcard cant read, booked the phone in and i was quoted R7300 to have it repaired... now for the life of me, how on Earth does a repair quote cost more than a new phone (R4500), secondly, i'm told that the reader is faulty, how am i responsible for the a faulty reader... the sim card was never removed! even if that was the case it should not give any problem.... (the manager at Cresta, vodacom even gave me a poor excuse!!!!) its a total freaking joke that im experiancing so much S&*%t with a new phone and a contract that i'm having to continue pay until the two years is up!! it sad that consumers are taken a ride for at the expense of not taking responsibility for the poor workmanship on a phone. the rave a craze of a Huawei phone is over the top. il stick to my Iphone and the many that i will purchase after that. Thank you Huawei and vodacom for the experiance, guess that clients don't matter and that rolling the bank accounts with the profits will make you guys the best!!!
