Huawei after sales useless

After sending purchasing this Huawei device and sending email after email and talking to person after person on what's app about insurancing not only mine device but mine my husband's and son's device. Huawei finally calls my husband for insurance but only insurances one device stating I should call and cover the other two devices myself. When I do call I am sent from department to department telling my story over and over at the end of it all still not getting mine and my son's device covered. I am absolutely disgusted at how huawei handles their customers a simple thing like insurance for a device is a huge process after purchasing a number of huawei devices over the years and just recently purchasing two p40 pros I doubt I will ever purchase another huawei device because simple things become a big production. I wouldn't recommend huawei to my worst enemy because their after sales team are useless.
