Huawei after sales service pathetic

I registered for the screen protect and claimed on the 23rd of June. Plenty of mails sent and called twice with no help at all, no turnaround time on when I will be helped. My ticket is in line for assessment. No timeline whatsoever. I need my phone. After sales service is pathetic.
